I Just Kept Run-ning. . .

Did 3 miles yesterday, ran 2 of them!!!!!! Today is a XT day, so I'll just walk a mile today and do the Tony Little Total Body Workout.

I am up to 158 lbs! Could it be the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting?? Ha, no way! Yes, it's muscle, I'm gaining muscle, that's it!

Totally lovin' this weather. And, it's lighter outside when I finish work!

Hey, I read in one of your previous posts that you guys are on an adoption waiting list. I'm not sure if you've heard of this place in Utah, but we have friends who have adopted a set of twins from there. We have considered adoption and requested info. from this place. Apparently the wait for a child is pretty short. Here is the link:

I read your blog re: migraines. Have you heard about a drug called Topamax that you take each day and it will prevent migraines either totally or at least decrease the frequency? You may want to ask your Dr. about it. My sister was losing 2-3 days a month from work and since taking Topamax, she has about one migraine a year. There is a website, topamax.com that will give you more information. I hope you will be migraine-free for a long while!
