I haven't had any muscle soreness in weeks! Wondering if I should train a little harder?? Fear of injury is what keeps me from doing it. How do you know WHEN it's ok ??
Today was AWESOME! Although I'm a little bummed I didn't make it below 3 hours. I ran much of the last mile, but I poured it on too late. *sigh*
I need to finish the quesadillas for tonight's festivities. Happy Training Everyone! :)

It's actually better to run the last part of it. That way you don't tire out too much in the beginning, and become sluggish towards the end. You did the right thing. Good job!

You finished and that's what's important. Doh't worry about time......yet. Being a long distance runner is more about crossing the finish line. Congratulations!!!
