It's a slooooow day at the office. *sigh* I did weight machines yesterday and my quads were still sore from Wednesday's run (yes, I changed the schedule). Gonna take it easy today.
I got on the scale at the "Y". It said 160 lbs!!!!!! AUGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Ok, I was 154 when we started and now I'm UP 6 lbs????? What's happenin' here???? I'm not even eating as much!
Looking forward to running in the rain tomorrow. Happy Day of Rest!!!!

Are you smaller? You may have added muscle and that will take care of the fat later. Muscle is denser and takes up less space BUT does weigh more than fat. Stay the course, you are getting healthier!
Yeah, I can SEE the changes in my body. Just WISHED the scale would reflect it.
